Risk Management Policy

We will fulfill our social responsibility by appropriately identifying and managing diverse risks surrounding our business activities, while striving to minimize human, economic, and social damage, ensure prompt recovery, and prevent recurrence in the event of materialization of any risk.

1. We will oversee and manage diverse risks surrounding the business activities of the House Foods Group and promote comprehensive risk management activities.
2. We will sincerely consider risk-related social demands and expectations and reflect the results in our risk management activities.
3. Should the risk materialize, we will place our top priority on the safety of human life, minimizing the damage to related parties by taking responsible actions in accordance with laws, regulations, and social norms, and ensuring swift restoration of our business activities.
4. We will improve the public esteem of the House Foods Group through constant risk management activities.
5. We will raise risk awareness by means of education, training, and other awareness-raising activities, as well as by sharing risk information, to continuously strengthen our ability to prevent and address risks.
