Anti-bribery Policy

Recognizing that conducting fair, transparent, and appropriate business activities is one of the highest priorities of CSR management, we will fulfill our social responsibility in all countries and regions where the House Foods Group operates, by prohibiting the provision of benefits to, and covering expenses for, public officials with improper intent, while striving to conduct our business with integrity.

1. We will not, directly or indirectly, provide benefits to, or cover expenses for, public officials with improper intent. We will also not make donations or offer grants with fraudulent intent.
2. When providing benefits, covering expenses, making donations, or offering grants, we will take sufficient care to ensure that there are no conflicts of interest and that we can be fully accountable for such activities in a fair, accurate, and sincere manner.
3. Even without any improper intent, we will refrain from providing benefits, covering expenses, making donations, or offering grants where it could be perceived as improper.
4. To ensure that our basic stance on anti-bribery remains unwavering, we will establish internal rules regarding the provision of benefits, covering of expenses, as well as donations and grants, and ensure strict compliance with these rules.
